Appointment & Office Policies:
Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period for all scheduled appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will reschedule your appointment so that we can remain on time for other patients.
No Call/ No Show: Patients who do not show up for their appointment without calling or notifying the office will be charged a $40 missed appointment fee. This fee must be paid before rescheduling a future appointment.
No Returns or Refunds: Our office does not accept returns and does not provide refunds for any services or products.
