Insurance Plans
We participate with Vision Service Plans (VSP), EyeMed, and Medicare for annual eye exams. For medical visits we accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Aetna PPO, Cigna PPO, Humana PPO, Medicare, and United Healthcare PPO. We do not accept Davis Vision, Versant Health, Superior Vision, Spectera, NVA, Medicaid, or any HMO plans.
*In some cases for patients who do not have vision insurance, we may be able to submit to your medical for the exam. However, this is provided that a medical diagnosis is found during the exam and it is a PPO insurance.
